The anatomy of a handmade shoe
In our Lahore atelier, every Monza pair begins as a stack of full-grain Italian calfskin and ends as something quietly transcendent. The difference is craft — and patience.
We shape each upper on a wooden last that has been carved for the wearer's foot anatomy. Goodyear-welted construction means the sole can be replaced; the shoe outlives trends. Each pair takes 42 hours of handwork, and we make no more than fourteen pairs a day. We never have.
This is what "fashion that cares" means to us — fewer, better, made by hands that know.
